Damodar Lila das

Damodar Lila das is a successful entrepreneur with more than 23 years of experience in a wide range of industries, including hospitality, real estate, retail, financial markets, and financial planning. Over the course of his career, he has founded 35 different entities and is currently overseeing the operations of 13 of them. He has also worked with numerous non-profit organizations in the past, leveraging his expertise and resources to support various causes. Damodar Lila das completed his BS in Finance and has been a part of ISKCON for the past eight years. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Construction and Revenue Generation Committee for ISKCON Naperville, where he is actively involved in ensuring the smooth functioning of the temple and its services. Damodar Lila das has a deep desire to provide support and services to his fellow Vaishnavas, which led him to create the Vaishnava Care Fund. Through this initiative, he aims to offer individual and collective care to devotees in need, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to continue their spiritual journey.

Shreeji Lila dd

Shreeji Lila dd is a dedicated member of the ISKCON community with a diverse skill set and a passion for devotee care. She has a BCom and a LLB and has worked with Damodar Lila Prabhu on his business projects. Having been with ISKCON for 8 years, she is an integral part of the community in Naperville, where she provides services in deity worship and revenue generation for the temple. As a member of the Devotee Care Committee, Shreeji Lila dd strongly believes in the importance of providing holistic care to every devotee in ISKCON. She draws on the teachings of Gaudiya Vaishnavism to emphasize the need for spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical care for all members of the community, seeing them as integral parts and parcels of Krishna. Shreeji Lila dd is committed to working towards this goal and ensuring that the devotees of ISKCON are supported in every way possible.

Sandeep Patel

Sandeep is a highly educated professional with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Industrial Chemistry, a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, and a Management degree in Export Business. He is a Supply Chain Quality professional with extensive experience serving chemical industries globally, including developing organizational strategies, improving products and services, financial planning, budgeting, project management, and training and coaching teams. Sandeep is also actively involved in community service and serves as president and board member of two not-for-profit organizations, Tramore Court HOA and Food For Life. He has been a member of the ISKCON Bhakti Movement since 2009 and serves in various capacities, including fundraising, cooking, cleaning, auditing, and event management. Sandeep’s motto in life is “Live to Serve and Serve to Live.” He strongly believes in treating every individual with love, respect, and compassion, without prejudice or discrimination, and with a humble servant attitude.

Gadadhar Chandra das

Gadadhar Chandra das (Gurudev Chennuru), has a master’s degree in computer applications and has worked as a Senior Business Analyst in IT systems for over 20 years. He has been practicing Krishna Consciousness for the last decade and strongly believes that every living being should have equal opportunities to live and achieve their goals in life. Recently, he joined Vaishnava Care Fund, an organization that shares his vision of serving those in need and preventing them from straying away from the path of Krishna. Together with other like-minded devotees, he is actively involved in helping people in distress and providing them with the necessary support.

Srikanth Chandra Guttula

Srikanth Chandra Guttula holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Osmania University. Over a 20-year career, Srikanth has worked as a Financial System Analyst in various renowned Financial/Retail Industries and Health care Institutions. Srikanth has been practicing Bhakti Yoga since 2015 and is associated with the ISKCON Temple in Naperville, where he serves in a variety of roles under the guidance of senior Vaishnavas and the Temple authority. As a highly motivated and enthusiastic volunteer, he leads and trains volunteers for Sunday feast cooking, shopping, and cleaning services, as well as extending his services to Temple Financial Accounting, Facilities and Infrastructure, and Revenue generation. Srikanth’s sole objective is to serve Vasudeva Kutumbam, the belief that every living entity is part and parcel of Krsna, with a humble mood of Dasanu Dasa, or servant of the servant.

Sacisuta Das

Sacisuta das has been practicing Krishna Consciousness for more than a decade. He is a Vaishnava Care Fund team member, providing IT support. With a strong background in design and two master’s degrees in Computer Science, he is well-equipped to handle technical challenges. Additionally, he is a trained mridangam player, bringing his passion for Carnatic music to life. Sacisuta das enjoys creating innovative solutions that cater to users’ needs, making technology more user-friendly. He also takes responsibility for managing and engaging volunteers at ISKCON Naperville.
